Although reading multiple mounds of reports may not be considered fun, Raven Tools can at least make it easier and more enjoyable. Instead of hopscotching to different platforms to collect different report data, Raven lets you manage and report on all your Internet marketing through its single software app.

More than 30 tools make up this efficient suite, including those focused on search engine optimization, social marketing, content marketing and pay-per-click advertising. SEO help comes from keyword suggestions for your own content as well as a play-by-play of your competitors’ content usage.

You can set up multiple content campaigns for multiple clients, with each campaign providing data on organic visibility, competitive analysis, link building, social media analytics, paid search advertising and keywords.

Pros

The sheer number of tools in this platform is one of its most amazing aspects, as is the sheer number of data sources you can harvest. Ravel Tools grabs data from a wide range of sources, including Moz, Google AdWords, OpenCalais, Alchemy and SEMrush.

We all know that the more comprehensive the data, the more comprehensive your reporting will be, and Raven Tools gives you comprehensive with a capital C.

Raven Tools also collaborates directly with Textbroker to provide content in the form of articles. This helps you continue to generate a steady stream of quality, optimized content you can stick in your library for future use.

Cons

Although you can manage paid search advertising with Raven Tools, you’re limited to results within Google AdWords.

You won’t be able to manage ads on Facebook, YouTube or other social media platforms, nor is Raven compatible with Bing Ads.

Those invested in PPC advertising on multiple platforms are thus pretty much out of luck.

The dashboard provides a good start for content analysis, but it may be too elementary for those with advanced optimization needs.

The overall platform is geared more toward startups and small to medium-sized businesses rather than larger enterprises.

Syncing your data after the Raven Tools setup is a lengthy process.

Also, for certain accounts, such as Twitter and inbound link widgets, you can access data only if you are actively connected to those accounts.
