What’s your cancellation policy?

Tickets are refundable within 60 days of issue or by March 1st, 2018, whichever comes first.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes–just email us at CONCIERGE@ContentMarketingConference.com with your name and company, and the name, email address, and company name of the person to whom you’d like to transfer the ticket.

There’s an option to sign into my PayPal account during checkout—do I need to use my PayPal account?

No, you do not need to use your PayPal account in order for PayPal to process your payment, and we highly recommend you don’t as it will delay your ticket confirmation (see below question). Just select “continue without logging in” whenever PayPal asks.

I submitted my order, but where’s my confirmation email?

We’ve been seeing that a few orders are getting delayed ticket confirmation emails. This happens for registrations paid by eChecks via personal PayPal accounts. Confirmation emails for tickets paid this way should arrive after 3-5 days.

Is there a dress code?

Most attendees will be in the business casual mode. But count on lots of networking pros stepping things up to stand out from the pack and leave a lasting impression.

Any student, military personnel, press or non-profit deals?

Sure. Send your email request with some form of community proof to us and we’ll take a look, offering discounts to students, active military personnel, press and non–profit organizations. Send requests to CONCIERGE@ContentMarketingConference.com
