What’s your cancellation policy?

Tickets are refundable within 60 days of issue or by March 11, whichever comes first. Cancellations after March 12 are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to someone else or to next year’s Content Marketing Conference (2018).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes–just email us at Byron@ContentMarketingConference.com with the name, email address, and company name of the person to whom you’d like to transfer the ticket.

There’s an option to sign into my PayPal account during checkout—do I need to use my PayPal account?

No, you do not need to use your PayPal account in order for PayPal to process your payment, and we highly recommend you don’t as it will delay your ticket confirmation (see below question). Just select “continue without logging in” whenever PayPal asks.

I submitted my order, but where’s my confirmation email?

We’ve been seeing that a few orders are getting delayed ticket confirmation emails. This happens for registrations paid by eChecks via personal PayPal accounts. Confirmation emails for tickets paid this way should arrive after 3-5 days.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage business casual, but our definition of that is flexible! Jeans are definitely acceptable, and you’ll probably want to account for unpredictable Boston weather. (It can be as warm as the 80s or 90s, but it has also snowed in April before!) Do remember, though, that you’ll be networking and making many first impressions!
